Mitchell Johnson once again showed why he is the most feared bowler in cricket at present with a sensational five-for to destroy the tail end of the England batting order.
Johnson’s pace using the new ball was quite devastating for Australia, having only managed to get Ben Stokes and Jonny Bairstow out on Day 1, and he took Tim Bresnan’s wicket with his first delivery of the day.
Kevin Pietersen soon followed, with Stuart Broad’s LBW clinching Johnson’s haul as once again England were blown away.
