Chelsea has nothing to complain about, as they recently clinched the 2014-15 Premier League title.
Their future appears to be bright as well since they have two up-and-coming youngsters in Dominic Solanke and Tammy Abraham, who are currently playing for Chelsea’s U18 team.
Chelsea’s professional squad has featured stars such as goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois and forward Diego Costa, but they figure to be even more dangerous next season.
Solanke and Abraham are both 17 years old, and they led the Chelsea U18 to the FA Youth Cup while scoring 40 goals apiece. They most recently starred in a 3-0 victory over Manchester City’s U18 team.
To put this amazing feat into perspective, Costa was Chelsea’s leading scorer and scored 19 goals before suffering a hamstring injury.
While the Premier League may have much more challenging competition than the U18 league, Chelsea will have an extremely dangerous rotation at striker.
Here is a video of highlights featuring these young future Chelsea stars.
