Spurs to go in low in their pursuit of Saido Berahino.
Tottenham Hotspur are set to make an opening offer of £10 million for young West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino, report the Telegraph, despite the fact that the Baggies are believed to want around £25m for the England Under 21 international.

Berahino has been one of the outstanding young players in the Premier League this season, despite a recent goal drought for Albion, and looks like a player who could develop into one of the most exciting attacking talents in English football.
Blessed with lightning pace and intelligent movement, Berahino could be the man who can partner Harry Kane in attack for Mauricio Pochettino at White Hart Lane – but it is likely that their opening bid will be deemed as derisory.
