5) Manchester United – 83.6% pass completion ratio
United are pretty good at keeping the ball, they’ve just not been as good at winning matches as they would have liked this season. They also average 54.8% possession, although currently sit in 7th place, 14 points off Arsenal in 1st. United rely on midfield metronome Michael Carrick to dictate tempo and retain possession in the middle of the park. The Englishman completes an average of 68 passes per match, the fourth most in the country.
