Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says he expects his ‘hurt’ Manchester United players to give a response against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League tomorrow night.
The Red Devils will be up against it at the Parc des Princes as they go into the game 2-0 down on aggregate from their first meeting.
It would take something pretty spectacular for United to turn this around, as odds on sites like betolimp.com suggest.
However, as Solskjaer himself will be fully aware, this club have a history of classics in Europe, so cannot be written off at any point.
Here’s what the Norwegian had to say as he fired a rallying cry to his players:
“Everyone expects us to go out easily but that doesn’t happen with Manchester United.
“Our pride was hurt last time we played them so we are going to see players who are going to give their all.”
PSG – consider yourselves warned!
