San Francisco 49ers running back Frank Gore will play against the San Diego Chargers after recovering from a concussion.
The San Francisco 49ers have been eliminated from the playoffs, but they are still looking to play spoiler on Saturday night against the San Diego Chargers, who are still in the playoff hunt.
49ers running back Frank Gore left the previous game against the Seattle Seahawks with a concussion, and he was expected to be out for this week.
However, Gore will tough it out against the Chargers as he will play. This is a huge relief to the 49ers offense since Carlos Hyde is also injured with an ankle injury.
Here is a tweet from NFL Network national reporter Ian Rapoport updating on Gore’s injury.
