Chelsea appear to have made their second signing of the summer by completing a deal to bring 17-year-old right-back Cristian Manea to Stamford Bridge from Viitorul Constanta.
According to the Metro, Chelsea will pay a fee of £2.3m for the Romanian teen, having beaten off competition from Arsenal, Ajax and Udinese to complete a move for the star.
