The Washington Redskins have endured problems at the quarterback position this season since starter Robert Griffin III dislocated his ankle.
Kirk Cousins filled in for him and struggled greatly as he was a turnover machine. Colt McCoy made his first start in a Redskins uniform on Monday and helped lead his team to an upset over the Dallas Cowboys.
However, McCoy’s stint as the starter is coming to an abrupt end as Griffin is being announced as the starter for Week 9. The Redskins will look to take advantage of this and dig themselves out of a 2-5 hole.
