Arsene’s law revealed…backed up by enforcer Mertesacker!
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger’s strict rules have been revealed, according to The Daily Mail. As well as the harsh penalties incurred for those who fail to obey them.
Those who fail to pay up in a timely fashion will also find their penalties doubling after the first week.
It’s clear from the rules that Wenger is keen for his squad to be punctual.
Here is the full list that has been revealed:
Unused players failing to attend home game – £1000
Late for training/treatment/massage: less than 15 mins – £250
Late for training/treatment/massage: more than 15 mins – £500
Late for travel – £500
Late for match day meetings/meals – £250
Wrong kit on match days – £100
Inappropriate clothing outside of the dressing room – £100
Outdoor shoes inside dressing room – £100
Newspapers, laptops or mobile phones in medical room – £100
Newspapers in dressing room – £100
Non-production of urine sample for two consecutive weeks – £200
Phone calls in the building -£500
Non-participation in commercial activities – £500
Centre-back Per Mertesacker has been put in charge of collecting the fines. After Sunday’s performance, maybe they can raise some money for new players!
