Which teams will stay on form and who will bounce back? Here are our predictions for NRL round two.
Parramatta Eels v Canterbury Bulldogs
The Bulldogs got the best news of the season with the return of Ben Barba from a self-imposed break from football, but it won’t help them this week with the star set to return next week at the earliest.
Parramatta looked like a team with a mission last round, with both stars Jarryd Hayne and Chris Sandow firing all cylinders. If they can keep their form going this week we will see a 30+ scoreline from the Eels. Canterbury seem lost without their star forwards and with no Barba to complete their sets, they lack danger in attack.
Prediction: Parramatta by 12 points
