Browns Bengals preview
The Cleveland Browns continued to surprise NFL fans with a 24-3 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, and they improved their record to 6-3.
The Browns were able to control the clock with their running game, which produced three touchdowns from their three-headed attack. Terrance West led the way with 94 yards and a touchdown on 26 carries.
Isaiah Crowell and Ben Tate each had at least 10 carries and chipped in a touchdown. Quarterback Brian Hoyer threw for 198 yards on 15-of-23 passing. The Browns’ strong defensive effort was led by defensive end Desmond Bryant, who finished with two sacks.
Meanwhile, the Bengals had a nightmare of a game. Quarterback Andy Dalton had the worst performance of his career as he finished with a 2.0 passer rating.
He was held to 86 yards and three interceptions on 10-of-33 passing, and running back Jeremy Hill fell back down to Earth with 55 rushing yards on 12 carries and lost a fumble.
Wide receiver A.J. Green was held to 23 receiving yards on three catches.
