Chelsea have bid £20m to re-sign Serbia midfielder Nemanja Matic, according to Sky Sports.
The Blues sold the enforcer to Benfica in 2011 as part of the deal to bring David Luiz to Stamford Bridge but are now set to re-sign the 6’4″ star.
Matic, 25, helped Benfica to the Europa League final last season, which they lost to Chelsea, and has massively risen in stature since leaving West London.
