The Scot is prepared for plenty of business but none will involve Rooney.
David Moyes has been quiet in the transfer market since taking over the reigns at Manchester United, but with just days left until the window shuts the manager says United will be busy.
Moyes on possible transfers: “It might be busy in the next few days. I hope we do a little bit of business, but I couldn’t guarantee that.”

To date only Uruguay under-20 international Guillermo Varela has been bought into the club, whilst several bids for players such as Cesc Fabregas of Barcelona and Everton duo Leighton Baines and Marouane Fellaini have so far failed.
One transfer story that has made the headlines at Old Trafford – for the wrong reasons as far as Moyes is concerned – is Wayne Rooney’s proposed sale to Chelsea.
However, the Scot has not changed the stance the club gave to this approach and has once again said the forward will be going nowhere.
Moyes says stance on @WayneRooney hasn’t changed: “We told you and everybody else from day one. There isn’t anything else to add today.”

The #mufc boss also praised @WayneRooney form: “He played well the other night. He looks in good condition and mentally is in good shape.”

Yet United have now made an approach for Athletic Bilbao midfielder Ander Herrera and a €30m offer has been placed – €6m short of the Spaniard’s release clause.
The Red Devils now have to wait to see if Athletic accept the offer, as Moyes looks to bring some creativity into the midfield following the retirement of Paul Scholes.
Question 2 resolve with Herrera and United, the 36 million euros buy out clause.10m separates them. Will Moyes do it? I would! Not my $ thou
