Still looks shaky from crosses, but made one especially good save to keep another clean sheet in the Premier League.
- 02 Rafael – 6
Fairly anonymous performance from the Brazilian. Didn’t have much defensive work to do, but similarly rarely got forward to help up the right flank.
- 12 Chris Smalling – 7
Solid, and made up for his one defensive mistake with his excellent pace, which denied Frazier Campbell a goalscoring opportunity.
- 06 Jonny Evans – 6
Had one mix up with de Gea, but that could be because he doesn’t know whether the Spaniard is going to come out of his goal. Evans did pass the ball well, however.
- 03 Patrice Evra – 8
The Frenchman’s best game for United in a while, probably. His touch was good, and he carried the ball infield at the right opportunities to start counter attacks and create space down the left.
