Spaniard will not be moving to the Emirates Stadium or White Hart Lane.
Arsenal and Tottenham target target Fernando Llorente is expected to complete a move to Juventus in the coming days.
The two North London clubs have been competing with the Italian giants for the signature of the other “Fernando Torres”, but are to be knocked back in their attempts to sign the Spain international, according to newspaper Marca.
The 27-year-old Llorente is out of contract at Athletic Bilbao in the summer and will join Juventus on a free transfer and travelling to Turin to finalise a deal with the Serie A Champions.
The striker is close to agreeing a four-year contract worth €4.5million a season in wages, with the option of extending the deal by a further year.
The transfer is expected to completed early next week, Football Italia report, once the terms of the deal are signed by all parties.
Llorente, a World Cup and European Championship winner with Spain in 2010 and 2012 respectively, has been with Athletic Bilbao since coming through the youth ranks at the club. He has scored 79 times in 246 appearances for the club.
Arsenal had been linked with a move for Llorente and international teammate David Villa as they looked for a new striker in the window, while Tottenham are searching for reinforcements to back up Jermaine Defoe while Emmanuel Adebayor is on African Nations Cup duty with Togo.
