Dhanda had been making a big name for himself at the Baggies and was being touted as one of the most gifted young players at the club.
The midfielder impressed so much during his time at West Brom that the former Chelsea trainee made the step-up to play for England under-16s despite still being just 14.
Dhanda was first spotted during a competition called ‘Search for an Asian star’ in which Blues scouts discovered the wonderkid when he won the under-11 category and the midfield prodigy was given the chance to train at the west London club.
Whilst there scouts from the Hawthorns noticed the new Liverpool signing’s precocious talent and signed him up for the Baggies academy.
The Reds and Arsenal began to battle it out for Dhanda’s signature back in January when it became apparent the teenager had the potential to be a top-class player.
Yet the youngster – who names Andrea Pirlo as his footballing idol – chose to make the switch to Anfield and has since posted numerous photos at the club via his Twitter account.
Dhanda will now join the youth program at the Merseyside outfit and will look to follow in the footsteps of products such as Steven Gerrard by making it into the first team.
