Chelsea beat Maccabi Tel Aviv 4-0 in the Champions League on Tuesday night, but the victory came at a cost.
Blues captain John Terry was stretchered off on 71 minutes after falling hard on his hip.
Terry was replaced by Kurt Zouma, who scored the final goal of the game, after strikes from Gary Cahill, Willian and Oscar.
Chelsea visit Tottenham Hotspur in an important Premier League clash on Sunday at noon.
Speaking to BT Sport late on Tuesday night, Blues manager Jose Mourinho admitted that Terry was a doubt for the upcoming London derby.
He added that he was reluctant to say too much on the subject until Terry had been assessed by the club’s medical staff.
