The Blues defender believes they can win everything under Jose Mourinho.
Branislav Ivanovic has sensationally claimed that Chelsea can beat Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United and complete a clean sweep of trophies this season.
The Blues were knocked off the top of the Premier League on Saturday after suffering a 1-0 defeat at Everton, but are still considered one of the big favourites to lift the title following the return of Jose Mourinho.
Wednesday also sees the start of their Champions League campaign with a home match against FC Basel, while they’re yet to feature in the League Cup and enter the FA Cup at the third round stage in January.
And Ivanovic, who has won two European trophies in the last two years, is convinced Chelsea can win everything now that they have Mourinho back in the dugout.
“We are always on top come the end of the season,” he told the Sunday Express.
“We won the Champions League two years ago and then we won the Europa League last year and the ambitions at Chelsea are always the same – to win trophies.
“But this year is a new beginning for us with a new manager. That’s very exciting and we are ready to go for every trophy, every game and every point.
“Jose has been amazing to work with since he came back to the club. We have to go step by step, and slowly but surely, but the confidence he gives us is a very big positive.”
