Brad Haddin has been ruled out of all five matches in Australia’s one-day series against South Africa, putting the wicketkeeper in doubt for the opening Test series clash with India.
Haddin injured his shoulder in Australia’s 2-0 series loss to Pakistan in the UAE and is in a race against time to be ready for the series opener in Brisbane on December 4.
Matthew Wade has been selected as Haddin’s replacement for the first two matches of the ODI series against the Proteas and will be one of several names in contention for the Test position should the 37-year-old be ruled out.
