Now semi-formally retired, former Dallas Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips is spending his time as a fan instead of a coach. He was seen by fans sitting in the upper level during the team’s loss to Washington on Monday Night.

Phillips joined the Cowboys in 2007 after Bill Parcells left the team after the previous season. In his first year as head coach Phillips coached the Cowboys to a top 3 offense and a top 10 defense and won the NFC East division title with a 13-3 record.

Despite the painful 1-7 start to the 2010 season that ultimately got him fired, many Cowboys fans still respect Phillips and wish him the best – coaching or just in life.
