Navy blue is clearly the new black for the Premier League big boys.
Both Chelsea and Manchester United have released pictures of their new kits for the upcoming season, with the Blues unveiling their third kit and United showing off their away strip.
There seems to be a theme as well, with both clubs leaning towards a navy blue colour scheme – a shade that is said to convey trust, stability and authority.
Well it certainly beats some of the day-glo outfits teams have gone for in recent seasons, even if this duo of kits does edge onto the side of boring.
