Fekir has been one of the breakthrough stars of the season in France as he dazzled with his trickery and pace in attacking areas for Lyon as they look to break back into the country’s elite, but a move away could be imminent for Fekir, with the player’s father indicating that, if his son moves anywhere, it will be to the Emirates Stadium.
Fekir’s father did indicate that he would like to stay at Lyon if the club are able to secure a top three finish and Champions League qualification, however it would appear that a move to Arsenal is certainly something that is high on the youngster’s agenda:
“Nabil would like to finish first or second and play Champions League football with Lyon.”
“If he leaves, it will be for Arsenal. It is the only club that can enable him to progress, with Arsène Wenger. He will not go to Manchester City to sit on the bench.”
