Moyes wants Man City star plus French attacking duo at Goodison Park.
Everton are ready to take England defender Joleon Lescott back to Goodison Park.
Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has lost faith in centre-back Lescott, who cost the club a staggering £24million three years ago under his predecessor Mark Hughes.
And that news will spark a January transfer scramble which could allow Everton to snap up TWO top French stars.
Gameiro, 25, has been capped eight times by France, but has fallen out of favour at PSG following the summer signing of Swedish superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Coach Carlo Ancellotti will allow him to move on if the club can recoup the £7million they paid Lorient for his services 18 months ago.
Ben Yedder, 22, is top scorer at Toulouse this season with nine goals in 16 games, and has been identified as one of the top young talents in France.

Everton have hardly been the Premier League biggest spenders under chairman Bill Kenwright and boss David Moyes but the duo must be aware that this season represents a serious opportunity for the Toffees to secure a top four finish and Champions League football.
As a result, Kenwright may be more willing than usual to release much-needed funds for Moyes to invest in his squad in January.
As revealed by fanatix, the Scot is weighing up a loan move for Lescott, who has fallen behind teenager Matija Nastasic and veteran Kolo Toure in Manchester City’s defensive pecking order, despite playing a major part in last season’s historic title win.
The 30-year-old’s wages could prove a stumbling block in a potential loan deal but City have proved willing to subsidise the pay-packets of loan players in the past – as the Eastlands club did during Emmanuel Adebayor’s spell at Tottenham last term.
Lescott would not automatically walk-in to an Everton side that has looked solid defensively but the England international would provide healthy competition for places and cover, as the club enter the business end of the season.
French striker Gameiro would also prove a quality additional. The forward was wanted by Arsenal, Spurs and Newcastle before joining PSG but has been sidelined at the Ligue 1 outfit by the stunning form of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Ben Yedder, meanwhile, has been on cracking form for Toulouse this season, demonstrating an ability to score goals with his head and both feet in Ligue 1. Clearly the 22-year-old is a big a talent with plenty of potential.
However, it’s tricky to see Moyes bringing in two new strikers, particularly with Nikica Jelavic still firing and Steven Naismith looking decent.
