Agent Drew Rosenhaus plans to talk with the Cleveland Browns about troubled wide receiver Josh Gordon’s future.
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon is facing a year-long suspension for a subsequent failed drug test, and his situation only became more dire when he was arrested on suspicion of DWI.
Gordon broke out as one of the elite receivers in the NFL, but he will have to take a long road back to playing in the league as he sorts out his troubles.
Agent Drew Rosenhaus said that he is planning to meet with the Browns organization to discuss the troubled receiver’s future. “I’m sure I’ll get together with the Browns at some point before training camp to talk to them some more about all of our clients,” Rosenhaus said to the Plain Dealer.
The All-Pro receiver led the NFL in receiving yards with 1,646 and nine touchdown catches in only 14 games while playing with underwhelming quarterbacks. Gordon had previously served a two-game suspension for his failed drug test.
