Spurs loan out Octopus.
Tottenham goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes has joined German side Hoffenheim on loan until the end of the season after falling out of favour following a string of high-profile errors.
fanatix tickets – Barclays Premier League tickets are still available for this weekend’s games.
West Brom vs Spurs tickets are on sale from £15 for this Sunday’s match at the Hawthorns.
Gomes lost his place last season when American veteran Brad Friedel arrived at White Hart Lane and the Brazilian dropped even further down the pecking order following the signing of France international Hugo Lloris earlier this term.
The 31-year-old had reportedly been keen on joining a club in Brazil in order to try to win back his place in the national squad ahead of the 2014 World Cup, but Gomes instead agreed to join Hoffenheim on Thursday after the Bundesliga side made an approach earlier in the week.
“Heurelho Gomes has joined Bundesliga side Hoffenheim on loan for the rest of the season,” a statement on Tottenham’s website confirmed.
“The Brazil goalkeeper has made 136 appearances for the club since joining from PSV Eindhoven in July, 2008.”
