The manager says they are considering offers for De Bruyne.
Despite having a quiet January transfer window so far, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho confirms the club have received two offers for Kevin De Bruyne.

As Mourinho outlines however, there has been no bids for either Michael Essien or Juan Mata – despite the fact the duo have been strongly linked with a move away.
None of the three players have enjoyed enough game time this season as the boss tries and rotates a squad brimming with talent.
De Bruyne is expected to make a return to the Bundesliga if a switch is negotiated, with the attacking midfielder spending a successful year on-loan with Werder Bremen last term.
It is unknown if Bremen are one of the sides now interested in the Belgian, but it’s certain that Wolfsburg are one of the duo.
De Bruyne: Wolfsburg have big financial fire-power. And sporting director Allofs has good connections with CFC.

It’s likely that the 22-year-old would leave on-loan, as Mourinho highly rates the midfielder and simply believes that De Bruyne hasn’t quite adjusted to life at a top European club yet.
With Belgium set to appear at their first World Cup since 2002 in the summer and a lot expected of the nation at the tournament, the player is keen to be playing first team football regularly.
De Bruyne has managed just nine appearances in all competitions so far this campaign and only three of those were in the Premier League.
