Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah is said to be holding off signing a new deal that will keep him at Stamford Bridge, according to the Metro.
The Egyptian star struggled to establish himself in the starting line up at the start of the season, but has been in revelatory form for Italian giants Fiorentina since signing up with them on loan during the January transfer window, scoring seven goals in just 12 appearances.
The 22-year-old joined Chelsea from Basel for £11 million, but with just three Chelsea appearances under his belt this season he has been left questioning where his future lies.
Chelsea bosses are said to be anticipating a bid in the region of £18 million from La Viola at the end of the season, though it is not yet known whether they are looking to move him on if they are offering him a new deal.
“Chelsea gave me the opportunity to reach that level. I still have one month to make a decision about my future,” he said.
“I’m enjoying being here and my objective is to reach the Europa League final.”
