Carolina Panthers defensive end Greg Hardy is another NFL player who is enduring a domestic abuse controversy for beating his girlfriend, but he is expected to play this Sunday.
Running back Ray Rice has made headlines throughout the week for being caught on tape domestically assaulting his wife, but he is not the only player in the NFL who has been found guilty of this sort of crime.
Carolina Panthers defensive end Greg Hardy was convicted of beating his girlfriend in July, but he has not received any criminal charges thus far.
This will not be happening any time soon from the league’s end either as the Panthers are expected to start him on Sunday against the Detroit Lions.
Here is a tweet from the NFL on ESPN Twitter page confirming this news.
