Mourinho does not want to lose goalkeeper Petr Cech.
Premier League sides Arsenal and Liverpool may have to look elsewhere in their quest to secure experienced goalkeeping signings in the January transfer window, with the Express reporting that Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho will not allow reserve goalkeeper Petr Cech to leave the club when the window reopens.

Cech had been the main incumbent in the Chelsea goalkeeping position for a decade until the return of Thibaut Courtois from Atletico Madrid this summer, with Mourinho opting for the Belgian ahead of Cech as his main man between the sticks.
This has led to speculation that Cech will seek a January transfer to try and secure regular first team action, with both Arsenal and Liverpool looking to bring in experienced options to compete with their erratic young stoppers – something that it looks as though Mourinho will not allow.
