Pass defense was the Ravens’ biggest weakness in the 2014 season, and it ultimately cost them in their loss to the New England Patriots as they blew two 14-point leads and allowed 367 passing yards and three touchdowns to Tom Brady.
Lewis led the Texans in tackles with 84 in his only season with the Houston Texans after spending his first four with the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Ravens pass defense will look to recover from a beating by the Patriots and vault themselves back into Super Bowl contention with Lewis providing an upgrade at safety.
