The Gunners boss says the midfielder should be out for six weeks.
Arsene Wenger has said that Arsenal will do all they can to ensure Jack Wilshere is fit to play for England at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
The midfielder suffered a broken bone in his left foot during the international friendly with Denmark on Wednesday after a heavy challenge from Liverpool defender Daniel Agger.

Whilst the Frenchman is disappointed to have lost the 22-year-old for what is expected to be six weeks, Wenger is keen to get the Englishman back to full fitness for the World Cup.

Wilshere has been in good form for the north London side this season, playing 33 matches in all competitions for the club to date and scoring five goals and providing five assists.
The midfield ace is also an important part of the national team and it would be a big loss if the youngster were not able to travel to South America.
However, the initial prognosis and the commitment from Wenger means that this is an unlikely outcome.
