Arsenal to pay £40m to sign 17 year-old
Polish international Krychowiak has been in fine form for Unai Emery’s side this season as they’ve emerged as shock pacesetters in La Liga, leading the Spanish top flight before a disappointing defeat to Athletic Bilbao last weekend.
He has only been in Seville for a matter of months after signing for the club from Stade de Reims in July, meaning that the Gunners could’ve saved more than £20m had they signed him directly from the Ligue 1 club, but fans will be excited by the prospect of a new defensive midfielder nonetheless.
