Gunners ready to pay up for ideal January signing.
Arsenal are reportedly ready to meet the release clause of Sevilla midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak in a transfer battle with Borussia Dortmund this January, according to the Daily Express.
The 24-year-old midfield battler has been in superb form in La Liga this season after his summer move from French side Reims, and now top clubs are looking increasingly likely to battle it out for his signature this winter.
However, Arsenal have the egde over Dortmund at the moment as they look ready to pay his £24m release clause to bring him to the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners are in dire need of improvements in the middle of the park this season, with the likes of Mikel Arteta and Mathieu Flamini under-performing.
