Deal in place for Bernabeu misfit to join Arsenal.
Arsenal may already have a deal in place to sign Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas next summer, according to Spanish source Fichajes.net.
The Gunners brought in another goalkeeper David Ospina this summer to provide competition for Wojciech Szczesny, but are known to be long-time admirers of the experienced Spanish international, despite his recent dip in form.
With Keylor Navas brought in by Real this summer, it could be that Casillas will no longer be number one for Carlo Ancelotti’s side, and this would likely see him leave when his contract expires at the end of this season.
Arsenal are widely expected to snap him up on a free transfer, and could also make it a double swoop on the Spanish giants as they also eye the unsettled German midfielder Sami Khedira, who could also be available on a Bosman.
