Arsenal’s player ratings for their 1-0 win over West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorn’s stadium…
Arsenal grabbed a vital three points with a 1-0 win over West Bromwich Albion, a win that sees the Gunners back into the top four.
It wasn’t their best performance by any stretch of the mark, but a solid defensive performance from the entire team was enough to secure the win.

Here are the player ratings according to Fanatix:
GK) Damien Martinez – 6.5
Literally had nothing to do in the first half, West Brom not registering a single attempt. Didn’t do anything wrong, but didn’t have a chance to impress either.
RB) Calum Chambers – 7.5
Solid defensively, benefited greatly from having players with a high work-rate ahead of him.
CB) Per Mertesacker – 7.0
Ensured a clean sheet, and was dominant in the air during the final minutes when West Brom were pumping the ball into the box.
CB) Laurent Koscielny – 6.5
His first game back since a lengthy injury, and looked sloppy at times. He played Saido Berahino onside on two occasions, and was lucky not to be punished.
LB) Nacho Monreal – 6.0
Deployed in his favoured left-back position once again, but only lasted 23 minutes before being taken off with an injury.
