The 20-year-old Bolivian is yet to make a senior appearance for the Gunners having joined in January 2010 from Real America in his homeland.
Galindo has just returned from a loan spell with Spanish second division side Club Deportivo Lugo, where he made five appearances.
The move follows previous year-long loan spells in Spain for the midfielder with Salamanca and Gimnastic De Tarragona.
Galindo is highly rated in North London and has already racked up two full caps for the Bolivian national team.
