Promising Arsenal full-back Carl Jenkinson has attracted the attentions of a whole host of Premier League clubs, including the likes of Stoke City, Fulham, Wigan Athletic and West Ham United, according to reports in the Daily Mirror.

The right back has enjoyed yet another impressive campaign at the Emirates, initially covering for first-choice Bacaray Sagna at the start of the season when the France international was absent through injury, a run that saw Jenkinson called up to the full England senior squad for a friendly in Sweden last November.
However, since Sagna returned to first-team action, the youngster has returned to the substitutes’ bench, alerting a raft of top-flight clubs to the possibility of getting the England international on loan during the January transfer window.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is believed to be weighing up whether or not to allow the player to join a rival outfit until the end of the season, although it is understood that with Sagna expected to leave north London this summer for Inter Milan, the Frenchman is reluctant to allow such an important player to leave, especially one who will soon be a first choice at the Emirates.
