Kroenke slammed on twitter.
Arsenal are currently attracting unwanted headlines for their on-field performances, while manager Arsène Wenger and the club’s board are feeling the heat from supporters regarding their transfer policies.
It is more than seven years since Arsenal won a trophy and questions are being asked about when that drought will end.
Bracewell-Smith, who sold her shares in Arsenal to Kroenke last year, but remains an honorary vice president, took to Twitter to criticise the American amid the gloom that is surrounding the club.
“If making money was the motivating factor, surely there are better ways,” she wrote.
“Football is a business of passion and SK has no passion for AFC.
“(Kroenke) shows he cares very little. Why he wanted to be part of AFC I do not know.”

With plenty of on-field troubles to occupy him at present, the last thing Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger needs is a boardroom squabble.
But Nina Bracewell-Smith, the club’s honorary vice-president, has taken to social networking site twitter to accuse majority shareholder Stan Kroenke of having no passion for the club.
While such outbursts are unwelcome and unhelpful, the outspoken Bracewell-Smith may have a point.
There is a growing feeling among Arsenal supporters that Wenger is not solely to blame for the club’s present woes.
Indeed, some feel that the Frenchman needs a football-minded individual at boardroom level to support him with the day-to-day running of the club and with bringing in transfer targets.
Wenger has looked rather isolated since the departure of David Dein and the 63-year-old is naturally cautious, which has led some fans to accuse him of being afraid to spend money.
Arsenal reportedly have a decent transfer kitty for January and perhaps Wenger needs someone above him, like a director of football, to encourage him into making a splash in the market?
One thing he certainly doesn’t need is backhand twitter snipes from Bracewell-Smith and co.
