Wenger eyeing new goalkeeper.
ARSENAL have revived their interest in Jack Butland.
Birmingham are bracing themselves for bids from the Gunners, Fulham and Southampton after all three clubs checked out Butland’s situation.
Ideally Arsene Wenger wants an experienced stopper but £6m-rated England keeper Butland, 19, has been on Wenger’s radar for some time.

Arsene Wenger is apparently looking for a new goalkeeper to challenge current number one Wojciech Szczesny and the Gunners have been linked with a myriad of possible targets from Real Madrid’s Iker Casillas to Stoke’s Asmir Begovic.
But Birmingham City’s teenage custodian Jack Butland is exactly the kind of signing Wenger favours.
The starlet has established himself as Birmingham’s first choice this season after playing for Team GB at the Olympics and making his England debut against Italy last year. Butland was also surprisingly part of Roy Hodgson’s Euro 2012 finals squad.
Szczesny hasn’t been as assured this term as he was during the last campaign and back-up option Vito Mannone has been found wanting on too many occasions, hence Wenger’s keenness on strengthening his goalkeeping options.
Butland may well be available for less than the £6m quoted given Birmingham City’s well publicised financial problems.
