The 22-year-old is also being tracked by Real Madrid, PSG and Juventus, according to The Daily Star, while Chelsea and Manchester were linked to Griezmann by The Daily Mirror in January.
Wenger has openly admitted he is keen on the left winger, who has netted 19 goals in 38 appearances this season, 15 of which have come in La Liga.
“Yes, we follow him in great detail,” Wenger told French source Telefoot.
“That should not come as a surprise because he attracts other clubs as well.
“But we follow him, he is a known commodity.”
Griezmann earned his first call-up to the France senior squad for the friendly against the Netherlands on Wednesday and could earn a place at next summer’s World Cup if he impresses.
The Star say Griezmann is valued at £25m but his price could rise if he shines at the tournament in Brazil.
The player has previous hinted that he will consider his future at the end of the season.
“I am happy at Real Sociedad, I’m very relaxed about the situation,” Griezmann is quoted as saying by Sky Sports in January.
“I want to finish the year here, and then we’ll see.
“The team is working well and it’s important we try and get back into European competition next season.”
