Moroccan headed for the Serie A.
Ligue 1 Champions Montpellier have revealed that they have accepted a bid from Inter Milan for Arsenal and Tottenham target Younes Belhanda.
QPR vs Arsenal tickets are now available for the London derby at Loftus Road on 4 May!
The 22-year-old Moroccan international has been frequently linked with the North London duo, as well as Turkish side Fenerbache, but now looks to be headed to Italy in a deal worth £11.8m.
We have reached an agreement with Inter over a transfer fee of €14m (£11.8m),” the French club’s president, Louis Nicollin, was quoted as saying by AMKSpor.
“Fenerbahce did not want to pay more than €8m (£6.7m). That’s why I have opted to accept Inter’s bid instead. Every player has his price, and €8m (£6.7m) is not enough for Belhanda.”
Belhanda was one of MHSC’s key players last season as they stunned mega-rich PSG to claim the Ligue 1 title.
Inter are in the market for a new midfielder following the high-profile departure of Wesley Sneijder to Galatasaray earlier this week.
