The Western Bulldogs have reportedly offered Cats defender Tom Lonergan a three-year deal.

The Western Bulldogs have put in an offer for Geelong premiership defender Tom Lonergan, according to SEN.
Brendan McCartney is looking to bolster his side’s defence ahead of the 2015 season, and it is believed to Bulldogs have tabled a three-year offer to the 30-year-old.
Lonergan has one year left on his contract, but with Travis Varcoe and Allan Christensen likely to both leave the club, Geelong have some big decisions to make.
The 198cm defender has played 145 games for the Cats since debuting in 2005, and was a member of the 2011 premiership winning side and the losing 2008 grand final team.
Lonergann played in all but one of Geelong’s matches this season, finishing tenth in the best and fairest count.
