Willie Nelson will not sing to get out of court, says judge

Earlier reports that country music legend Willie Nelson would be allowed to sing his way out of a drug charge were a runaway joke, according to a Texas judge.
After being arrested for possession of marijuana it had been reported that Nelson would be let off with a small fine if he sang 'Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain' in the courtroom, at the request of Hudspeth County prosecutor Kit Brambelett.
Judge Becky Dean-Weaver has now cleared up the story, saying that Bramblett was joking and the punchline got out of hand. Nelson is now required to pay about $378 (£236) in fines and fees.
Music tickets for a host of top UK and European events are available now.
