Vampire Weekend confirmed as RockNess Lineup begins to take shape

Vampire Weekend have been added to the lineup for RockNess festival at Loch Ness this June. The festival, which only took place for the first time in 2006, has grown in popularity every year since its conception, and calls itself "the only festival with its own monster", due to the much-debated presence of the loch's very own Nessie!

RockNess 2010 will be headlined by The Strokes, Leftfield and Fatboy Slim. It will also feature Doves, Ian Brown, 2 Many DJ's, Chase and Status, Friendly Fires and many more.
