Valentino Rossi troubled by shoulder injury

Moto GP star Valentino Rossi has been struggling to overcome a recurring shoulder injury which held him back during winter testing.

Rossi, a former world champion, is still recovering from having surgery on the problem. The trouble started after a crash last April and affected his 2010 campaign.

Rossi could only manage the 13th quickest time in Qatar and crashed out for the second day in a row.
