Although Glastonbury has now ended, there are still plenty of high quality festivals featuring some incredible line ups still to come.
This coming weekend (July 8th-10th) sees T In The Park descend into Balado, Scotland. Famous for its charged atmosphere and unique Scottish vibe, the three-day event once again has a world-class line-up. Featuring headline sets from Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay and Foo Fighters, support comes from an incredible line-up including Beyonce, The Strokes, Pulp, The Script, 2manydjs, and My Chemical Romance. T in the Park tickets can be bought from just £161.
Latitude Festival arrives in Suffolk on July 15th, for three days of incredible music in one of the most relaxed festivals in the country. The weekend will see headline performances from The National (Friday 15th), Paolo Nutini (Saturday 16th) and Suede (Sunday 17th). Also appearing on the Obelisk Arena are Bright Eyes, Paloma Faith, The Cribs, My Morning Jacket, Glasvegas and Hurts. Headlining The Word Arena are Bombay Bicycle Club (15th), Foals (16th) and Eels (17th), with The Vaccines, Echo & The Bunnymen and Lykke Li also appearing.
Latitude Festival tickets for the weekend are currently selling for as little as £121.
On August 20th, V Festival kicks off in Chelmsford (Hylands Park) and Staffordshire (Weston Park). Headlining the two-day event are Eminem and Arctic Monkeys, with support from chart favourites such as Rihanna, Plan B, The Script, Kaiser Chiefs, Manic Street Preachers and Lostprophets. Pendulum and Dizzee Rascal headline the 4Music Stage, with Duran Duran and Chase and Status set to top the bill on The Arena Stage. The weekend is a favourite due to regularly world-class headliners and excellent atmosphere.
V Festival weekend tickets are selling from £200 for the Chelmsford event, and £190 for the Hylands Park weekend.
Both Reading Festival and Leeds Festival take place over the August bank holiday weekend, Friday 26th - Sunday 28th. Consistently having some of the best line-ups of the festival circuit has made the weekend a firm favourite of the summer. Headlining the main stage this year are Muse, My Chemical Romance and Pulp and The Strokes, with support coming from Elbow, Interpol, Thirty Seconds to Mars, The Offspring, and Jimmy Eat World. The NME/Radio 1 Stage has headline sets from 2manydjs, Beady Eye and Jane's Addiction, with The Streets, Death From Above 1979, White Lies, Noah and the Whale, Crystal Castles and Bombay Bicycle Club adding to the excellent line-up.
Reading festival tickets are currently on sale from as little as £135, while Leeds Festival tickets can be bought for £150.
Bestival is one of the summer's latest festivals, but also one of the most critically acclaimed. Featuring a famous incredibly chilled-out atmosphere, the weekend is a frequent award winner, including best major UK festival in 2010. This year's festival, taking place September 9th - 11th, features headliners Pendulum, The Cure and Primal Scream. Also at the Isle of Wight festival will be PJ Harvey, The Maccabees, Crystal Castle, Chromeo, Robyn, Public Enemy, Fatboy Slim and The Drums.
