Tottenham suffer yet another injury blow
By James Barnes, on 4th April 2011, 11:52 UTC
Steven Peinaar is the latest Tottenham player to pull out of Tuesday's Champions League quarter-final with Real Madrid after failing to overcome an injury.
The South African has been struggling with a groin injury for several weeks, and has now revealed that it will rule him out of the visit to Madrid.
"Out for the Madrid game. Groin still not right," Peinaar wrote on his Twitter account.
Spurs are already without central defenders Ledley King, Jonathan Woodgate, Younes Kaboul and Alan Hutton. Manager Harry Redknapp also has doubts over the fitness of William Gallas and Tom Huddlestone, although Gareth Bale should be available.
Tottenham tickets are available now.
