It is not yet known who will be the opening act for Shakira during her upcoming UK tour dates.
The Columbian pop star conducted a contest back in November 2009, for aspiring artists to upload a video to her official website in order for her fans to vote on their favourite act. The winner of the competition would have then been the opening act for the Shakira 'Sun Comes Out' World tour.
The outcome of the competition was not revealed, and the tour is yet to feature an opening act. This of course, could change as the star makes her way to the UK and Ireland in December

December 17th 2010 Belfast Odyssey Arena
December 19th 2010 Glasgow SECC & Clyde Auditorium
