Rufus Wainwright battles tragedy to tour UK

Kate McGarrigle, the wonderful folk musician from Canada, unfortunately passed away this year, but that has not prevented her prodigal son, Rufus Wainwright, from touring the UK. It has been an eventful period for the esteemed singer-songwriter. He has penned his first opera, Prima Donna, and continues to grow as an artist.

Rufus Wainwright is embarking on a tour of the UK this spring, and he will be ably joined by his sister Martha Wainwright as support act. Tickets for the gigs are on sale for just £20, and full dates are as follows:
