Roger Federer equals Pete Sampras record

Roger Federer has won his 762nd singles match at the Sony Eriksson Open in Miami to draw level with Pete Sampras' record of career wins.
Federer, ranked number three in the world, beat Radek Stepanek 6-3 6-3 to equal seven-time Wimbledon champion Sampras' record.
Only six men have won more matches than Federer and Sampras with American Jimmy Connors leading the way on 1,242.
